Our approach to grant applications includes a preliminary fee, followed by our participation in the project’s execution, contingent upon mutual agreement and applicability. Upon successful grant approval, we mandate a minimum engagement of 12% in the project. Crucially, this 12% is not related to the grant writing itself but rather to our active contribution to the project once awarded. This participation is included in the project proposal submitted to the grantor, ensuring no additional costs to your nonprofit organization.
For instance, should you be awarded a $100K grant for a project aimed at enhancing digital capabilities, including the development of a data management system, our services could be retained for $12K to undertake this specific development—a task typically outsourced.
Our clients frequently choose to engage us beyond the minimum 12% requirement, often up to 20% or more. This preference stems from the high-quality, cost-efficient solutions we provide, encouraging their continued partnership without any formal obligation.
