The two-day workshop allows for expanded facilitation, deeper strategic discussions, enhanced organizational analysis, and more comprehensive strategic prioritization and road mapping activities.

In-Depth Strategic Evaluation, Alignment
&
Strategic Road Mapping

This two-day strategic planning workshop is designed for organizations seeking an in-depth and collaborative strategic planning process using Vectors Group’s proprietary Executive Strategic Evaluation Process (E-SEP) and ViStA Strategic Management Framework.

The workshop combines organizational foundation review, Vision and Mission review, stakeholder engagement, stakeholder analysis, environmental analysis, facilitated surveys, quantity and quality gap analysis, strategic evaluation, positive and negative risk analysis, strategic goal development, prioritization, and strategic road mapping.
